what a quaint little place, I suppose. the couch in my quadruple room was completely shot— I sank right down, how delightful! And don’t even get me started on the breakfast situation, no breakfast before 8:15? unbelievable! I almost left a glowing review, but then again, where was my complimentary upgrade?

The great and the meh
The log cabin had a charming traditional feel and two separate areas for families. it’s conveniently located just 20 minutes from Yellowstone’s East entrance!
While clean, the property felt neglected. the restaurant was closed upon arrival, making dining difficult.

The location is stunning, nestled between small hills and next to a beautiful river. The staff's kindness shines through. they even prepared a meal for us after a long drive. The cabin has a charming, rustic feel that adds to its appeal.
The cabin's lighting flickered, creating an oddly unsettling atmosphere at times.

cozy ambiance but lacking amenities
The cozy family room provided a charming atmosphere with plenty of space for everyone. The stunning mountain view visible from the cabin added a sparkle to our mornings. Plus, the staff members were friendly and accommodating, creating a warm and inviting environment.
However, the lack of air conditioning made the stay uncomfortable during the warmer days.

Charming log cabin stay
We enjoyed our time in the cozy family room, perfect for hanging out together. The staff was super friendly and even helped us find fun local hikes. It was cool to relax at the bar/lounge area after a long day. Just wish the pillows were a little better, but we slept fine overall.

The charming log cabin offered a delightful ambiance and spacious layout, making it perfect for family stays. Early mornings on the front porch provided stunning views and serene sounds of water flowing nearby. However, the missing air conditioning was a significant downside, especially during warmer months, and the bathroom issues, including a malfunctioning toilet, added to the frustration of the visit.
